How do I audition?

Try-out for a play or join us backstage for the excitement of producing live theatre! Auditions for our plays are always open to the public and are advertised in the local media. You do not need to be a member of TCT to try out for a play. If being in front of an audience is not your bag, backstage crews are always needed ... and appreciated.

How do we choose plays?

The Board assigns a play reading committee to look at ideas and fun projects for next year.

The group visits other theatres, reads scripts, looks at old and new material, and debates whether our troupe can do it, who would direct, and will the play excite our audiences and be part of a great season.

We are always looking for people with ideas and thoughts to participate.

Interested?  send an email to Info@troycivictheatre.com or click on QUESTIONS link on left.
